Office premises (lot no. 325) - "Les Bougainvilliers - C1" - 15, allée Lazare Sauvaigo, to be rented out

The State Property Authority hereby announces, it is to let premises (lot no. 325) for office or liberal professional use, with a surface area of approximately 104 m², situated on the fifth floor of "Les Bougainvilliers – C1" building, 15, allée Lazare Sauvaigo, and a cellar (lot 205) for storage use situated on the frst floor of the same building.

Anybody interested should download below the application or collect it to the State Property Authority offices (Administration des Domaines) on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian, in Monaco, opened from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 5 pm.

Applications should be sent by post or submit them to  the reception desk of the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 5 November 2021 at midday, at the latest.

The application includes the following documents:

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
