The Ministry of State
The Minister of State represents the Prince. He is the highest authority after the Prince. He is appointed by the Prince. In his capacity of President of the Council of Government, he is charged with the administration of the Country and, as such, draws upon the State’s executive services.
To fulfil his duties, the Minister of State is supported by five Members of the Government who head the specialized ministries of the Administration. The Ministers are accountable to the Prince for the work they perform.
