Taxi call handling centre - Call for expressions of interest

Call for expressions of interest in the management of a call handling centre; for the design, development and production of a mobile application, with management of taxi journeys; and for the design, development, manufacture and production of a specialised meter to record kilometres per hour.

This call for expressions of interest is currently under way and will close on 3 May 2021 at midday, at the latest.

The State of Monaco is launching a call for expressions of interest for:

  1. The management of a call reception service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week non-stop, with the distribution of taxi journeys and the provision of on-board equipment for taxis enabling these services to be managed
  2. The design, development and production of a mobile application, with the distribution of taxi journeys, linked to the call handling centre
  3. And the design, development and production of a meter to record kilometres per hour, meeting the specific Monegasque requirements for the introduction of flat rates, Ministerial Decree No. 2008-452 of 8 August 2008 relating to the meter recording kilometres per hour and the illuminated display device in taxis, amended

 

Applicants may respond to all three, two or one of the projects.

Interested candidates should contact the Ministry of Finance and Economy by email at finances@gouv.mc , with acknowledgement of receipt. In this regard, applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by return, together with the rules of the consultation and a complete file to be returned electronically on 3 May 2021 at midday, at the latest.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy will acknowledge receipt of the application files by email.
