Commercial or office premises (lot no.191) - "Les Oliviers" - 11/13, boulevard du Jardin Exotique, to be rented out

The State Property Authority hereby announces it is to let premises listed lot No. 191, situated in on the ground floor of the building "Les Oliviers", 11/13 boulevard du Jardin Exotique with a surface area of approximately 90 m².

The above-mentioned premises are to be used exclusively for commercial or office activity, with the exclusion of restaurant and catering industry.

Anybody interested should download below the application or collect it to the State Property Authority offices (Administration des Domaines) on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian, in Monaco, opened from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 5 pm.

Applications should be sent by post or submit them to  the reception desk of the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 5 November 2021 at midday, at the latest.

The application includes the following documents:

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
