Call for applications for a state-owned premises for office use to be rented in the "Athos Palace" building

The State Property Authority hereby announces, it is to let premises listed lot 12, situated on the second floor of the "ATHOS PALACE" building, 2, rue de la Lüjerneta, with a surface area of approximately 271 m².

The above-mentioned premises are intended exclusively for office use for undertaking a professional activity, to the exclusion of any other activity.

Anybody interested should download below their applications, or submit it to the State Property Authority offices.

Applications should be sent by post or submit to the State Property Authority offices by the deadline on Thursday 12 May 2022 at midday, at the latest.

• A draft deed of occupancy with no contractual value

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
