Call for applications: Premise for commercial or professional use, currently under construction, to be rented out

The State Property Authority hereby announces, it is to let a premise with  a surface area of approximately 89,30 square metres situated on the ground floor of the "Picapeira" building, currently under construction, 3, chemin de la Rousse.

This premise is intended exclusively for commercial use, with the exclusion of all food businesses, or for undertaking a professional activity.

Anybody interested should download below the application or submit it to the State Property Authority offices on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco, during opening hours from 9.30 am to 5 pm.

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 30 October 2020 at midday, at the latest. We recommend that applications are returned by post or by email if at all possible.

 
The application includes the following documents:

• An information sheet on the conditions relating to the tender for applications and the rental conditions
   
• A plan of the premise (strictly for indicative purposes only)

• An application file to be returned duly completed and signed by the applicant (and any associates in the case of a legal entity)
  

It will not be possible to visit due to the construction site in progress.

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
