Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office rolls out wider online appointment booking

Several weeks after the launch of an online procedure that makes it easier to book a vehicle technical inspection , the Government, as part of the Extended Monaco programme, is now offering users the ability to book appointments for all procedures, including the collection of documents, using a dedicated new online service. Appointments can now be made to register a vehicle, obtain an international driving licence, declare the loss of a professional licence, collect number plates, etc.

By logging into documents.gouv.mc/stc-rdv , any user wishing to complete a procedure can now:

  • State the reason for their appointment (driving licence, vehicle, professional licences, collection, etc.)
  • Select the date and time for the appointment, subject to availability
  • Receive email confirmation and a text message reminder the day before the appointment

As Aurélie Peri, Head of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office notes, "the aim is to offer the 250 users who visit the Office every day a personal welcome with no waiting around, as they will attend by appointment only on a date and at a time of their choosing. The booking system will be in place from Monday 22 March. This initiative is a further step in the Office’s digital transformation, as it rolls out new tools for Monegasque nationals, residents and businesses in the Principality. To ensure that users are fully supported as the new system is adopted, for an initial period it will also be possible to make appointments by email or telephone".
