National Housing Plan: Government confirms commitments
On Thursday 31 March 2022, the Government presented to the National Council the options for undertaking new construction projects and optimising those currently under development to strengthen implementation of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques.
In accordance with the discussions during the public session on 16 December last year, more than a hundred additional new apartments could be built between 2024 and 2026, while awaiting delivery of the Bel Air project. In the case of the latter, every precaution is being taken to minimise the impact on Princess Grace Hospital.
Studies will continue in consultation with the National Council.
The Government has confirmed that housing for Monegasques is a top priority.
