Bruno Dalles appointed Director of Monaco Financial Security Authority (AMSF)
Mr Bruno Dalles, Public Prosecutor at the Nouméa Court of Appeal, has been appointed to lead the Monaco Financial Security Authority (AMSF). He will take up his position at the head of this independent administrative authority on 3 March. The AMSF was established as a replacement for SICCFIN to tackle money laundering, terrorist financing, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and corruption. Mr Dalles will take over from Ms Sophie Thévenoux, who has held the post since 29 January 2024.
A career judge, Mr Dalles served as Director of the national authority TRACFIN, the AMSF’s French counterpart, from 2015 to 2019, then as Chief Public Finance Officer and Regional Director of Public Finances for the Centre-Val de Loire region and the Loiret department from 2019 to 2022. He has led the Public Prosecution Department in Nouméa since August 2022.
Mr Dalles will thus bring his recognised skills and experience in these fields, which will be valuable assets as he embarks on his new role.
