Safeguarding jobs Government engages in dialogue with employer and employee representatives

 In light of the current health situation, Minister Didier Gamerdinger asked to meet partners representing employers and employees on Wednesday 2 September to present the measures introduced by the Government to safeguard jobs. He suggested that they work together to consider the development of additional, innovative measures.

This joint process, which will be continued next week, is part of a social dialogue approach against the background of unprecedented circumstances. The Principality is studying all options for responding to the difficult situation caused by COVID-19.

 “The Government and its partners must continue to work together without delay to introduce temporary crisis solutions that will allow us to get through the tough period we are currently experiencing,” said Didier Gamerdinger.
