COVID-19: 19 new positive cases and 23 recoveries on Friday 6 May

Nineteen new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Friday 6 May.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases since the beginning of the health crisis to 11,917.

This evening, 11 people, including 5 residents, are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. There are no patients in intensive care.

Twenty-three further recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 11,715.

This Friday evening, 136 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
