Now in its third year in Monaco, the Route du Goût organic festival is setting up an organic vegetable garden and floating village on Quai Antoine I from 12 to 14 October, where chefs, artisans, producers and winegrowers will present their products.

Organised by Bio Chef Global Spirit and led by Paolo Sari, the Monte-Carlo Beach’s Michelin-starred organic chef, this major annual event aims to raise public awareness of organic, local and seasonal produce which is eco-friendly.

The festival will also feature:

  • A children’s cooking competition: 10 children aged 8 to 12 from Monaco schools will help 10 of the Principality’s chefs to prepare an exceptional organic dinner
  • An eco-innovations competition
  • “Market of flavours”: an exceptional organic dinner at the Monte-Carlo Beach
  • A culinary demonstration presented by 10 Michelin-starred chefs on board Riva yachts
  • “Chefs Love the Planet”: an organic gala at Villa La Vigie
  • Guided tours of the wine cellar at the Hotel de Paris
  • Institutional partners: the Prince Albert II Foundation, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, Monte-Carlo Country Club, Monaco Boat Service and Tourist and Convention Authority
  • A charitable project: the proceeds of the festival will go towards equipping the Moné and Paolo Sari Organic Hotel and Culinary Institute training centre in Madagascar
