COVID-19: one new positive case and four recoveries on Monday 5 October

One new positive case of COVID-19 was recorded this Monday.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases to 223.

This evening, four patients, all residents, are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. There are no longer any patients in intensive care.

Four further recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 193.

This Monday evening, 25 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to people with mild symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
