Presentation of “The Golden Treasures of the Pharaohs” summer exhibition in United States

The New York office of Monaco’s Tourist and Convention Authority recently held a press lunch to announce the Grimaldi Forum Monaco’s summer exhibition, “The Golden Treasures of the Pharaohs – 2,500 Years of the Goldsmith’s Art in Ancient Egypt”, which will run from 7 July to 9 September in the Principality.

The presentation took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (renowned for its permanent collection of Egyptian antiquities), in the private Rose Room, which overlooks Cleopatra’s Needle, the famous Central Park obelisk gifted to the US Government by Egypt in the nineteenth century.

It was attended by independent journalists as well as editors from major American publications including Robb Report, Forbes, Condé Nast Traveler, Fodors, Resident Magazine and Successful Meetings.
