Due to the progress being made on the Palais Honoria project, which is part of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques, SMEG will be carrying out work to connect a substation within the building to the Principality’s high and low voltage network in order to meet the district’s current and future energy needs.

To minimise the disruption caused by this work, which requires one lane to be closed and the introduction of a manually controlled alternating traffic flow on Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, near the intersection with Boulevard de Belgique, the Prince’s Government has decided to carry it out during the school holidays.

The work will therefore take place between 9 am and 4 pm from Monday 13 February 2023 to Friday 24 February 2023.

The nearby bus stops will remain in service.

The Palais Honoria project is part of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques, which was launched by the Prince’s Government in 2019. Delivery of this building comprising 84 apartments is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2023.
