Together with its public and private healthcare partners, the Government has launched the Monaco Santé (Monaco Health) portal. The aim is to provide Monegasque nationals and residents, as well as visitors to the Principality, with a simple, seamless website.

By matching stakeholders’ expectations and the solutions offered by digital technology, the Government hopes to offer a tool that works for healthcare providers and professionals.

The Monaco Santé digital portal has been designed to be easy to access and use, a platform filled with reliable information that has been validated by the Department of Health Affairs so that patients will have everything they need to know at their fingertips. It is a pragmatic response to the expectations of patients who are also internet users and are keen to take advantage of the functionality offered by new technology.

With Monaco Santé, users can find out about the healthcare provision available in the Principality and access a full range of health-related information:

  • The latest health news in the Principality
  • A directory featuring contact details for all healthcare professionals and healthcare establishments in the Principality
  • An online appointment booking system
  • Archiving of personal data for users who create a personal account
  • Emergency numbers and details of on-call doctors and pharmacists, updated in real time
  • Information sharing: the portal offers a range of complementary services brought together on a single, fully secure platform aimed at patients and healthcare establishments.

This is a dedicated health tool which is available in five languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish and Russian).

Said Didier Gamerdinger, Minister of Health and Social Affairs: “Monaco Santé supports patients seeking healthcare in Monaco to take greater charge of their health. At the same time, it offers healthcare professionals tools that will assist them in their work.”

Said Frédéric Genta, Country Chief Digital Officer: “Today we are launching the foundation for e-health in the Principality. Our portal, Monaco Santé, already offers a number of services, and these will be supplemented over the course of the year to meet the highest standards. Management of the vaccination appointment process has already provided concrete proof of how important our platform is.”

Free, secure and easy to use, the portal allows you to stay connected from your computer, tablet or smartphone, thanks to the mobile app available on iOS and Android.
