Covid-19: 80 new positive cases and 108 cured this Saturday 29 January

Eighty new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed this Saturday 29 January.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 8,263 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 86 people are being treated at the CHPG: 84 people, including 61 residents, are hospitalised. Two other patients, non-residents, are being treated in intensive care.

There were 108 additional recoveries. The total number of healed people is 7743.

As of Saturday evening, 353 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report shows only resident persons affected by the coronavirus.
