"Monaco Sunday Experience": Methods for Refunding Employers' Contributions for Sunday Work
The Prince's Government invites traders who have taken part in Sunday openings this year to take note of the terms and conditions for refunding employers' contributions for Sunday work, as set out in amended Act No. 822 of 23 June 1967.
Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and Economy, points out that, subject to compliance with the legislative provisions and regulations, any employer may request State aid, and states that the rate of reimbursement of contributions will be 100% per employee, for each Sunday worked.
Ministerial Decree No. 2019-1031, published in the Journal de Monaco on Friday 13 December 2019, specifies the conditions for eligibility and for obtaining reimbursement, as well as the required documents.
The texts in force and the practical procedures can be consulted on the website of the Public Service for Businesses at the following address:
The Welcome Office, which is responsible for processing requests, is at the service of traders and can be contacted by telephone (98 98 98 99) or by e-mail welcome.business@gouv.mc .
