Call for applicants to operate the premises formerly occupied by the Cars Collection of H.S.H. the Prince of Monaco
Concurrent with the review of plans to resize the Fontvieille Shopping Centre, the Government has issued a call for applications, published in the Journal de Monaco from 5 July 2024 and republished on Friday 12 July, for operation of the premises formerly occupied by the Cars Collection of H.S.H. the Prince of Monaco as a recreational play centre for children and teens.
Given that recreational spaces for young people are lacking in Monaco, the Government wishes to use this ideally located and recently vacated 5,000 square-metre facility to offer – based on the applications it receives – a fun recreational environment that meets a real need in the short term.
