Call for applications for a State-owned commercial and/or services premises located in the Jardin Exotique

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is offering for rent premises in a rough condition, fitted out, offering an interior surface area of 584 square metres, on the first floor of a building located at 97-98 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique in Monaco.

These premises are intended for commercial uses or services exclusively, including food catering. Administrative or industrial activities are not eligible.

Those interested can request an application on the Prince’s Government website: (http://monentreprise.gouv.mc/actualites) or pick one up at the offices of the State Property Authority, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm (5th floor, 5, Promenade Honoré II (Hall A) in Monaco).

Visits will be held:

• - Wednesday 25 June from 2.30 pm to 4 pm
• - Thursday 3 July from 10 am to 11.30 am

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by 12 pm on 25 July 2025 at the latest.
