COVID-19 health update: Two new positive cases on Tuesday

Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the Principality on Tuesday 4 August.

One of the two individuals concerned was infected outside the Principality of Monaco.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 123.

As of this evening, one patient is still hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.

No new recoveries have been reported, so the total number of people who have recovered still stands at 105.

This evening, eight people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that those tested are not all residents of the Principality.
