COVID-19 : Two new positive cases on wednesday
Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the Principality on Wednesday 5 August.
One of the two individuals concerned is not a resident and was infected outside the Principality of Monaco.
This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 125.
As of this evening, two patient are hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.
No new recoveries have been reported, so the total number of people who have recovered still stands at 125.
This evening, nine people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
It should be noted that those tested are not all residents of the Principality.
