The Business Development Agency certified a supplier of trusted services (PSCo) for electronic certificates

The Business Development Agency has been officially certified as a supplier of trusted services for the creation and issuing of qualified certificates bearing an electronic stamp and signature. 

This certification, issued by the Monaco Cyber Security Agency, ensures compliance with the highest standards of digital security and integrity for electronic documents.

As a reminder, this service enables companies registered in the Trade and Industry Register (RCI) to affix electronic signatures or seals, depending on their needs, to their digital professional documents. Equivalent to a handwritten signature and company stamp, this digital tool demonstrates that a document has been signed by an identified person and has not been modified.

This initiative is part of the Principality’s digital transformation, based on Act No. 1.482 for a Digital Principality that simplifies administrative procedures while enhancing security for companies.
