Plenary Meeting of the Strategic Council for Attractiveness
This morning, the Strategic Council for Attractiveness (CSA) held its annual plenary meeting at the Oceanographic Museum.
At this meeting, H.E. the Minister of State, Serge Telle, presented the 2015-2016 activity report in a new bilingual format, in the presence of Government Ministers and members of the CSA.
The Presidents of the Commissions (Finance, Real Estate, Destination Monaco, Quality of Life and Monaco, Capital of Yachting) discussed the results of their activity and the topics that have been addressed. The Ministers then spoke of progress on issues of special interest to the CSA.
Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and Economy, introduced a presentation on the "Monaco Welcome" Smartphone app. Laurence Garino, Director of the MWBO, explained how this tool works.
Stéphane Valeri, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, then gave a report on the Monaco Princess Grace Check-Up Unit.
Finally, Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, spoke on the "Monaco Smart City" concept and gave a presentation on the "infochantiers.mc" web site.
To conclude this plenary session, the guest of honour, Michel Petite, who is currently a lawyer at the office of Clifford Chance Paris and was formerly Director General of the Legal Service of the European Commission, gave a presentation on "Brexit – The Start of Difficult Exit Negotiations."
