Combating the Financing of Terrorism - Workshop - Monaco - 9 and 10 April 2018

As part of the activities of the MONEYVAL Committee of Experts, a workshop was held in Monaco on 9 and 10 April 2018 by the SICCFIN.

This workshop brought together financial intelligence units that undertake missions that are identical to those of SICCFIN, representing ten or so countries, and financial centres that are members of MONEYVAL or GAFI.  The aim of this meeting was to discuss a methodology for assessing the risk relating to the financing of terrorism in this type of jurisdiction and the best practices to adopt to combat this risk.
