Nearly 200 guests gathered at the New York City Center on Thursday 18 February 2016 to attend the first of four performances of Cinderella by the Ballets de Monte-Carlo.

Following the performance, a reception was held by Monaco’s Consulate General and Cartier, under the patronage of Monaco’s Ambassador to the United States and with Jean-Christophe Maillot and the entire ballet company in attendance.

For the occasion, and in the margins of the “Flavors of Monaco” week-long culinary event, Paolo Sari, Chef at the Monte-Carlo Beach and the only Michelin-starred chef serving food which is certified 100% organic, was at the helm.

The funds raised during the evening were donated to the Ballets de Monte-Carlo.
