Diplomacy: accreditation of new ambassadors from Oman, Andorra, China, and Lithuania
On Tuesday 3 June, Ms Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, welcomed four newly accredited ambassadors over a lunch held at the Yacht Club de Monaco:
- - H.E. Mr Ahmed Mohamed Nasser Al Araimi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman, who previously served as advisor to the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Brussels;
- - H.E. Ms Esther Rabasa Grau, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Principality of Andorra, previously posted to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg;
- - H.E. Mr. Deng Li, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China, previously posted to Turkey (2018-2020) and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs (2021-2025)
- - H.E. Mr Arnoldas Pranckevičius, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania, who served as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Lithuania to the European Union from 2022 to 2024.
After presenting their letters of credence to H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince in the morning, the diplomats met with Ms Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, alongside H.E. Ms Marie-Pascale Boisson, Ambassador of Monaco to China, the Honorary Consul of Oman, and representatives of the Monaco Economic Board and Monaco Private Label.
This meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on the positive relations and cooperation established between the Principality and each of these countries.
