Accreditation of the new Ambassador of Monaco to France

On Thursday 29 February 2024, H.E. Ms Valérie Bruell-Melchior, Monaco’s Ambassador to France, presented her credentials to Mr Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, during an official ceremony held at the Elysée palace. 

During a private meeting, Ambassador Bruell-Melchior expressed her commitment to pursue and promote the excellent relationship between the Principality of Monaco and France.

Mr Macron recalled his close friendship with H.S.H. Prince Albert II and his gratitude for the Sovereign Prince’s commitment and collaboration on causes common to Monaco and France in a context of security, climate and environmental challenges.
