Principality of Monaco and Principality of Andorra sign bilateral tax agreement
A bilateral tax agreement, aimed at eliminating double taxation of income and preventing tax evasion and fraud, has been signed by the Principality of Monaco and the Principality of Andorra.
The agreement was signed by Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and Maria Ubach Font, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Andorra, in Lodz on 1 December 2022, on the margins of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Council in Poland.
The tax agreement, which is Monaco’s thirty-seventy, follows constructive negotiations aimed at preserving the specific nature and interests of the two countries.
The Principality of Monaco welcomes its excellent links with the Principality of Andorra, which have been strengthened in recent years, not least through the negotiations to conclude an association agreement with the European Union.
