Minister of Health and Social Affairs meets medical and pharmacy students
Christophe Robino, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, met medical and pharmacy students in their third to sixth years of study on Wednesday 6 July. He talked to them about the medical and pharmaceutical specialties which are or will be expanding in the Principality over the coming years, in both private practices and hospitals in the country, not forgetting the vital medical posts within government departments.
The Minister spoke, in person and virtually, to medical and pharmacy students in the Principality and invited them to join in discussions with representatives from the Council of the Order of Doctors, the Council of the Order of Chemists, the management team at Princess Grace Hospital, the Department of Health Affairs and the Committee for Graduate Employment to learn more about current healthcare provision and future needs in the Principality.
Christophe Robino explained that “it is really important to meet Monaco’s future doctors to ensure the future of our healthcare system. As a doctor, I cannot help but be reassured about the future of our healthcare professions when I see the significant number of young people deciding to undertake their future careers in the Principality.”
