Dedicated phone line for new legal obligations relating to trading and non-trading companies

To ensure that users and businesses in the Principality can obtain prompt assistance for any issues relating to the new legal obligations which apply to trading and non-trading companies, including declaring persons responsible for basic information, annual reporting for non-trading companies or any question associated with the Register of Beneficial Owners, a special telephone line has been set up at the Business Development Agency. The number to call is +377 98.98.40.50 

This special new line supplements the current telephone service and will allow the Business Development Agency to better meet the needs of users.

In summary, for questions about the Trade and Industry Registry, please call +377 98.98.98.02, and for issues concerning the new legal obligations, please call +377 98.98.40.50.
