Covid-19 : Seven New Positive Cases and One Recovery on Sunday 1 November

Seven new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified this Sunday.

This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 366 people affected by the Coronavirus.

This evening, eleven patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital:  five patients, one of whom is a resident, are hospitalised. In addition, six patients, four of whom are residents, are in intensive care.

There is one further recovery to be noted. The total number of people who have recovered therefore amounts to 274.

This Sunday evening, 84 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.

In line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, these daily health assessment figures report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.
