Covid-19: 55 new positive cases and 66 cured on Thursday 3 February

Fifty-five new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Thursday 3rd February.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 8,637 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 77 people are being treated at the CHPG: 75 people, including 58 residents, are hospitalised. Two other patients, non-residents, are being treated in intensive care.

There were 66 additional recoveries. The total number of healed people is 8243.

As of Thursday evening, 277 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report shows only resident persons affected by the coronavirus.
