Covid-19: 20 new positive cases and 28 cures on Saturday 16 April

Twenty new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed this Saturday 16 April.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 11,402
since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 33 people, including 17 residents, are hospitalised at the CHPG. There are no patients being treated in intensive care.

There are 28 additional recoveries. The total number of people healed is 11.137.

As of Saturday evening, 163 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms, who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily report only mentions the resident persons affected by the coronavirus.
