COVID-19 : Two positive cases on sunday and one recoverie

Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the Principality on Sunday 9 August.

One patient is hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital, the other being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 133.

As of this evening, five patients are hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.

One recoverie has been reported, so the total number of people who have recovered stands at 113.

This evening, eight people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that those tested are not all residents of the Principality.
