CORONAVIRUS: One new positive case on Tuesday

One new positive case of COVID-19 was recorded in the Principality on Tuesday 28 July. It concerns a resident, who is being looked after by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 118.

As of this evening, two patients are hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.

No new recoveries have been reported, so the total number of people who have recovered still stands at 104.

As of today, six people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.
