ASTANA International Expo

As part of an educational project, pupils from the Industrial Section of Monaco's Vocational and Catering School (Lycée Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco) (LTHM) produced two electric bicycles.  One of these bikes will be on show in Monaco's Pavilion during the Astana International Expo.  Twelve students from the LTHM and accompanying staff will visit the expo from 7 to 15 July 2017.

H.E. Ms. Evelyne Genta, Ambassador of Monaco to Kazakhstan, wished to be associated with this project by giving financial support for undertaking this project.  This generous contribution will make it possible for the pupils from the LTHM to travel to Astana.

Many dignitaries attended a cheque presentation ceremony on Friday 24 March 2017 at 11.30 a.m., followed by an informal reception at the Cordon d’Or restaurant.
