2nd Public Annual Report of the High Commissioner for the Protection of Rights, Liberties and for Mediation

The High Commissioner for the Protection of Rights, Liberties and for Mediation has just made public its second annual activity report, which was submitted to H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince by High Commissioner Anne Eastwood.

In addition to activity statistics, this report reflects the action taken by the institution over the past year and the progress made in serving the public and in good administration when dealing with individual referrals, in association with the authorities.  It can be consulted at the following address:  www.hautcommissariat.mc/fr/documentation/rapports-annuels

This independent public mediation body was created in October 2013.  Its mission is to ensure that everyone's rights are respected vis-à-vis the Monegasque Administration.  It also acts in the private sector in combating discrimination.  In this respect, its serves as a tool for dialogue and support in an attempt to resolve situations that could not be settled directly between the parties.  Its services are accessible to all and are free of charge.
