The Department of Employment launches an online appointment booking system

In an attempt to further improve its privileged relations with its users and in light of the public health situation, the Department of Employment has undertaken a joint project in conjunction with teams at the Digital Services and Information Technologies Departments. Part of the Extended Monaco programme, the project is aimed at creating a tool to make it easier to book an appointment online and to facilitate telephone and videoconferencing calls.

Since 1 March 2022, it has therefore been possible to make an appointment online at the Employment Office or the Department of Employment, at https://monguichet.mc

In just a few clicks and with no app to download, this user-friendly, feature-rich platform gives users the choice of a video call, phone call or appointment in person at the Department of Employment. “We wanted to provide employers and employees with a straightforward, user-friendly tool to quickly book an appointment with us. It is vital for this Department to foster good interpersonal relations, even if not face-to-face. Videoconferencing makes it possible to maintain this connection that remains close to our hearts at a time like this when contact is less frequent”, noted Magali Imperti, Deputy Director of Employment.

“With this user-centric evolution, we are taking another step towards modernizing the operations of the Department of Employment and all the services of the Monaco Government. At the same time, we wish to bolster existing close relations and the vital importance of complying with barrier measures at this time”, stated Julien Dejanovic, Director of Digital Services.
