New Online Services for Monaco Social Security Funds
Today, Monaco Social Security Funds presented the online services that have been developed over the past months and made available to insured members, including the "C.S.M." app for tablets and smartphones. The aim of this digitisation is to make life easier for employees and employers, 85% of whom, as at the end of 2016, already send their salary declarations via an online service. By downloading the "C.S.M." app, numerous services are available to members:
- - Access to their registration card
- - Availability of information required by health professionals to send health records to the Funds
- - Installation on their smartphone of their spouse's/children's F.S.E. card (electronic health records) so they can benefit from the same services at their medical appointments, etc. (Details of the services contained in the app can be found in the attached document below).
The Director of Monaco Social Funds, Mr. Jean-Jacques Campana, also presented the functions offered with regard to private individuals and employers of domestic staff: salary declarations, creating and printing salary slips on line and consulting contribution statements. Additionally, all these advances save time and increase productivity at the Social Funds. "Digitisation meets a two-fold aim. Firstly, it is a response to the increased volume of activity of the two Health Insurance Funds (the C.C.S.S. and the C.A.M.T.I.). It also meets the needs of members, who, in general, prefer to receive their bills and other administrative documents electronically," stated Mr. Jean-Jacques Campana.
