Work to improve flow of traffic around Place Sainte Dévote

The Department of Urban Amenities will be making changes to the road layout in the area surrounding Place Sainte Dévote from 12 June until the end of September, following the Monaco Yacht Show.

During this trial phase, traffic will be able to travel in both directions on Avenue J.F. Kennedy and a roundabout will be created on Place Sainte Dévote.

These works aim to ease the flow of traffic in the area, which is often adversely affected by the closure of Route de la Piscine during events.

From Monday 14 June, the area will be affected by the setting up of the Monte-Carlo International Showjumping Championship, which is being held from 1 to 3 July 2021. This will provide an opportunity to assess the works, which are initially temporary, under real conditions and make any necessary adjustments.
