Delegation from National Council visits Digital Transition Office premises
President of the National Council Stéphane Valéri paid a visit to the Digital Transition Office premises, where he met Frédéric Genta. Mr Valéri was accompanied by Brigitte Boccone-Pages, Vice-President of the National Council, Franck Julien, Chair of the Committee on Digital Development, and Balthazar Seydoux, Chair of the Committee on Finance and National Economy.
The visit gave the elected members of the National Council an opportunity to meet and chat to teams from the various departments at the Digital Transition Office: the Digital Services Department, the Information Technologies Department and the Digital Platforms and Resources Department. These departments are working together to advance the Principality’s digital transformation and offer services to Monegasque nationals, residents and commuters as part of the Extended Monaco programme roll-out.
With a culture that sits somewhere between digital businesses and the Government, the new premises are designed to host all Government departments as well as the Digital Transition Office’s public and private partners to develop the projects that the Principality needs to become increasingly attractive in a world where digital technology plays a major role.
