Message from H.E. the Minister of State, Serge Telle to Ms. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany

The Prince's Government learned with great sorrow of the attack that occurred in Berlin on Monday evening.

On behalf of the Prince's Government and on my own personal behalf, I should like to express my sadness and my deep solidarity to you, to the German people, the victims and the families affected.

My thoughts are also with the injured and those who have been profoundly shocked by this terrible event.
