Supporting businesses
Setting up and developing a business requires an abundance of energy on the part of entrepreneurs. To ensure that they all benefit from the best conditions for success, the Prince’s Government has set up the Welcome Office: a multilingual, versatile team offering a tailored welcome to individuals and entrepreneurs. The Office aims to assist visitors with administrative procedures, providing them with the necessary tools and information, and putting them into contact with the key organisations in the Principality, who will be able to help them get established and integrate as quickly as possible. Through the Welcome Office, Monaco is positioning itself as a partner for entrepreneurs. Click here to find out more
Law and taxation

With a view to encouraging development, the Prince’s Government has undertaken to update corporate and business law to bring it in line with the current economic situation in a modern legal framework. Click here to find out more
