New legal provisions for non-trading companies registered in the Principality: annual declaration confirming continued registration in the Special Register of Non-Trading Companies

Any non-trading company entered in the Special Register of Non-Trading Companies must provide annual confirmation of its continued operation within one month of the date of entry into the register.

In the same declaration, the company must confirm the registration or amendment of the declarations, even if one or more amending declarations were already made during this period.

How do I make these declarations?

The form required to complete this process is available:

• Online 24/7 from the MonEntreprise portal under the Legal and Accounting Requirements tab, where you'll find the Trade and Industry Registry (downloadable version).
• From the Business Development Agency (hard copy)

Duplicate forms can be sent to the Trade and Industry Registry along with the registration fee of €25 for a private non-trading company and €50 for a public limited company.
