Monaco Telecom is Ranked Top of 290 Operators Worldwide, According to 4GMARK

4GMARK, an ultra-precise measuring tool that offers a benchmark of the overall quality of the connection service on smartphones, has named Monaco Telecom – the Monegasque operator owned by Xavier Niel and the Prince's Government - first in the ranking of 290 registered and tested operators worldwide.

The aim of this survey of mobile operators' mobile Internet performance worldwide is to give indicators in terms of download speeds and the speed of sending attachments.  Each month, the results of the tests, which are undertaken by the users, are compiled and published on the web site www.4gmark.com .
