Following on from the provisions announced on 1 April 2023, the Monegasque and French authorities have finalised an arrangement allowing passenger transport professionals to operate in both countries.

The arrangement is the result of intense discussions between both countries, including with representatives of professionals on both sides of the border.

The agreement also illustrates the work done by the Monegasque and French authorities to facilitate economic activity by meeting the needs of users, while safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders concerned.

Given that the calendar of events has already seen the volume of activity begun to rise, the new arrangement will come into effect in the coming days and will be published in the next edition of the Journal de Monaco.
