Elodie Kheng appointed Chief of Staff to the Minister of State Didier Guillaume

Elodie Kheng, Director of the State Property Authority since 2020, has been appointed Chief of Staff to the Minister of State as of 14 October 2024.

After starting her career in the private sector, Ms Kheng joined the Monegasque Government in 2003 as a project leader for the Ministry of Finance and Economy. She later held the role of Deputy to the Director of the Business Development Agency in 2007, and Advisor for Economic and Financial Affairs to the President of the National Council in 2014.

Her new role will involve assisting the Minister of State in coordinating and implementing the Government’s public policy priorities in consultation with the ministries on cross-cutting issues.
