COVID-19 : one new positive case and five recoveries on Tuesday 6 October
One new positive case of COVID-19 was recorded this Tuesday.
This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases to 224.
This evening, four patients, all residents, are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. There are no longer any patients in intensive care.
Five additional recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 198.
This Tuesday evening, 21 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to people with mild symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
