Pierre Rabhi Meets Schoolchildren from the Principality

Yesterday, Thursday, in the presence of Mr. Patrice Cellario, Minister of Interior, and Isabelle Bonnal, Director of Education, Youth and Sport, three hundred pupils from State and private schools in the Principality had the opportunity to meet Pierre Rabhi and discuss their concerns about the future of humanity with him.

Pierre Rabhi is an essayist, novelist, farmer, lecturer and ecologist, and the founder of the "Colibris" association.  This association, founded in 2007, works to build a society that is both ecological and humane, based on "happy simplicity," as advocated by Pierre Rabhi.

He was asked questions such as "What are your links to humanism?"  "Can the damage caused by mankind to Nature be reversed?  "Are you optimistic about the future?" and "How can we be encouraged to take action?"
